Phone consultation - $70

Office consultation - $80

Succeeding consultations - $60

Please note that all consultations are prepaid.

DURATION:

A consultation generally lasts for about a half hour.

PAYMENT:

All consultations are prepaid. You can either prepay with a credit card or send a check (payable to Chi's Enterprise). A $20 fee applies to all returned checks.

CANCELLATION:

Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel the appointment and we will refund the fee. If the office is closed, please leave a message with your name and appointment date and hour clearly stated. There are no refunds for missed appointments.
